Nick Coldrey

Nick’s quality asset is his meticulous approach to each design project. He has acquired over 20years experience in the construction industry across a wide range of projects and sectors. Specifically, he has delivered RIBA, MacEwen award winning Meadow View Community Care Centre for a repeat client demonstrating his abilities and high-quality service.

Nick thrives upon providing innovative strategies whilst working on challenging technical design briefs, ensuring client’s expectations are met and exceeded. He has built a portfolio of experience across all design stages and complexity levels, including healthcare, Residential and Industrial. He is now leading the way in advocating his strategy and methods of working across the practice.

Nick is a founding member of the BIM/IT team within the practice and utilises his hardware and software knowledge to drive the practice forward.
