The Practice

Established by Lyndon Glancy RIBA & Patrick Nicholls RIBA in June 2004, the practice has grown to meet market demands & is currently involved in various high profile public and private sector developments with many “blue chip” clients.

Glancy Nicholls Architects Ltd. Is a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Registered Practice.

Experience

Current projects include a series of Special Care Centres, several Commercial developments , new schools & a new higher education faculty development on an inner city brown field site. Other projects being developed include retail master planning, bespoke residential developments, multi storey city living & ecclesiastic new and refurbishment projects.

Our highly motivated staff have a wealth of experience in many sectors including; Commercial, Refurbishment, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Leisure & Industrial developments.

Glancy Nicholls Architects will provide either a full or part architectural service from RIBA stages A to L.
