Reserved Matters Approval has been granted for the first UK Fairfield by Marriott hotel, designed by GNA and developed in collaboration with Warwickshire Hotel Development Limited.
Located adjacent to the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, this 142-bedroom midscale hotel forms part of a vibrant Phase 1 development at the heart of Warwickshire’s cultural and automotive heritage.
Part of the Marriott International portfolio, the Fairfield by Marriott brand is recognised globally for its warm hospitality, contemporary design, and reliable guest experience, offering a balance of comfort and quality in a welcoming environment.
The design responds sensitively to its rural surroundings, drawing inspiration from the local character and landscape to create a hotel that blends seamlessly with its setting. Inside, guests will enjoy high-quality accommodation and a range of thoughtfully designed amenity spaces, tailored for both business and leisure travellers.
Now in the pre-construction detail design stage, the project represents an important step in bringing the Fairfield by Marriott brand to the UK market.
