The planning approval is a significant achievement for the site as it is the first commercial development submitted for planning following the £20million infrastructure investment at West Longbridge. The new facility will act as a keystone for Longbridge West, creating a world leading veterinary research and development centre.

St Modwen’s objective was to create an attractive gateway to Longbridge Business Park and the new West Works residential neighbourhood. The design was developed to provide great presence to the site and express a modern high-quality design to create a distinctive landmark.
