A vibrant new aparthotel scheme

GNA are pleased to announce that Leadworks, a vibrant new aparthotel scheme in Birmingham city centre, has been approved at planning committee today.

Located on the site of a historic Lead Mill, the design features a punctured brick façade with zinc inlay panels to reference its former use in a contemporary architectural statement.

Ground floor interior

The recessed main entrance is celebrated using expressive chamfered glazed bricks in a bold accent colour. Alongside this, the hotel’s active ground floor amenity spaces are framed along the street by continuous angled brick piers.

The aparthotel features 198 exclusive guest rooms and varied amenity spaces on the lower levels such as lounge, bar, restaurant, meeting rooms and a private gym.

GNA look forward to delivering this project to completion. It is anticipated the scheme will be starting on site in 2023.
