Timothy Rushton

Tim is an individual who excels not only as a designer but in project delivery. Utilising his excellent technical and project co-ordination skills in both small- and large-scale projects, he has designed and delivered projects across a wide range of sectors, including inner city residential, education and city wide master planning.

Tim’s comprehensive approach to design helps clients realise their aspirations, through a creative realistic site-specific response to the brief. He has utilised his comprehensive knowledge and experience to great use, leading the design and subsequent delivery of the Hanley, Stoke Regeneration masterplan, Morville Street and Birmingham’s Our Future City Plan.

As a key member of our internal BIM team, Tim assists in the day to day running of the office to ensure model quality is maintained throughout all RIBA stages.
