Glancy Nicholls Architects have been appointed by Court Collaboration to design and deliver an exciting luxury apartment development, Windmill Hill, in Birmingham City Centre. The project comprises 304 spacious, open plan, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments.

The scheme is located on a derelict site in a densely en-grained urban setting which currently does not positively contribute to the area or provide any urban presence to the street. Our design provides a comprehensive high-density development which will be a catalyst to enhance the character of not only the redeveloped site but of the wider area as a whole.

Having recently received planning approval, Windmill Hill is due to start on site in July/August 2018, with an estimated completion date of September 2020.
