Following the successful completion of building 1, 30,000sq.ft of retail space sub-divided into 9 units and a 14 storey residential tower consisting of 117 executive apartments, Glancy Nicholls Architects Ltd were appointed for the third phase of this mixed-use development at Wembley Central retail centre and train station.

Building 2 was built directly above Wembley Central Train and Underground Station, (which remained open and operational during the entire construction phase). Building 2 commenced on site in November 2013 and was completed February 2015. It consists of 20,000sq.ft of retail space at ground level, an 86 bed hotel over two floors, plus 38 executive apartments.

Building 4 was a refurbishment of 3 floors of open plan office space within an existing mixed-use building. The scheme entailed converting the open plan office space into 33 one and two bed executive apartments.
