As a practice, we have a vast and diverse experience of working within the refurbishment sector, including that of historic buildings. Since the practice’s inception, we have worked on numerous schemes that incorporate the refurbishment of listed buildings.
The sectors of which GNA’s heritage projects fall into are varied, meaning the practice has a wealth of experience in refurbishment for all types of clients, locations and schemes. Recently, multiple schemes for the University of Birmingham have been undertaken, the majority of which are located within the Edgbaston Conservation Area and include work on listed buildings.
Our Associate, Alexa Woodward, sits on Birmingham City’s Conservation and Heritage Panel. Both Alexa and the practice in general have a strong relationship with Birmingham City Council Development and Planning team.
