Norfolk House is located within the heart of Birmingham City Centre, a five storey commercial building dating back to 1964.

The proposal forms part of an initial phase to completely refurbish the building. The design focuses on the function of the spaces creating a newly defined entrance and arrival area together with contemporary commercial office space.

The design addresses the existing deep plan foot print by re-thinking office design including, lighting and ventilation with the use of acoustic lighting rafts (class L7), and exposed concrete soffits to create a comfortable working environment with increased room height.
