Formerly an industrial site, the works included the part demolition of an existing building with associated remodelling and the retention of an existing concrete frame to provide new office accommodation with associated car parking.

The internal fit out for the 47,450sqft of office space was designed as two connecting wings, such that each part may be occupied separately over 2 storeys, creating a modern vibrant office accommodation.
