The project consists of three main elements;
refurbishment and remodelling of ground floor of this four storey building to provide a contemporary bar.

The modernisation of the existing underpass which forms a major pedestrian artery through the Edgbaston Campus. Our proposals seek to create a space which is a positive addition to the campus environment, displaying relevant and dynamic information and providing a strong retail opportunity.

The modernisation of the whole building envelope. Visually we have considered a broad range of options for this focal building within its prominent position on University Square. Our recommendation, subject to budget, is the overcladding of the building façade creating an opportunity for a visually striking object building on the University Green, visible from the main entrance and the approach from the train station.
