This housing project covered a number of sites in both Saltley and Northfield, addressing the housing need within the Birmingham area.

A mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed residential units were proposed with a focus on creating desirable, good quality homes in safe, attractive environments. Homes were designed to be sustainable and easily adaptable to suit the changing needs of modern
family life.
