Phase 3 of the Saltley development saw the proposals for threesites within the Saltley area, providing an additional 55 homes.

A mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom good quality dwellings were proposed to further address the need for housing within Birmingham. The intention was to design attractive, safe environments not only to create desirable living spaces, but to also have a positive impact on the surrounding area.
