The development consists of two floors of retail and 117 executive apartments. The project is the second phase of a major reconstruction of Wembley Central retail centre and train station. Following the successful completion of building 1 Glancy Nicholls Architects Ltd were then appointed as architects for the third phase of this mixed development.
Building 2 which is scheduled to commence on site in summer of 2011 will consist of 20,000sq.ft of Retail space at ground level, an 86 bed hotel over two floors, plus 37 executive apartments.
