A new 4 storey College Campus within the Jewellery Conservation Area, Birmingham. The proposed building will include teaching class rooms, practical areas, lecture theatre, library, full production kitchen, restaurant, administration offices, and a two storey under-croft car park. The contemporary design influenced by the Victorian vernacular of the area will provide a much needed enhancement to this derelict part of the jewellery quarter, it will be a signature building clearly viewed from the City Centre.
