The project consists of three main elements;
Refurbishment and remodelling of ground floor of this four storey building to provide a contemporary bar.

The modernisation of the existing underpass which forms a major pedestrian artery through the Edgbaston Campus. Our proposals seek to create a space which is a positive addition to the campus environment, displaying relevant and dynamic information and providing a strong retail opportunity.

The modernisation of the whole building envelope. Visually a broad range of options have been considered. Our recommendation, subject to budget, is the overcladding of the building façade creating an opportunity for a visually striking building.
