One of four flag ship developments in Birmingham which provide specialist residential care facilities for the elderly with dementia.

The accommodation consists of 32 long term en-suite bedrooms in 8 bed clusters and associated dining and lounge areas, 16 respite en-suite bedrooms, and 16 intermediate care bedrooms. The project also includes facilities for the wider community including; full restaurant, Café, hair dresser, activity rooms, prayer room, full production kitchen, multi-media centre, interactive store, gym, physiotherapy, consultancy rooms, and chiropody facilities.

Built on the site of a previous nursing home at the edge of a park the project has been awarded the SCALA Civic building of the year 2008.
