Glancy Nicholls Architects were appointed on behalf of the Regenco project team to develop the master planning and regeneration proposals for Eastside Gateway site in West Bromwich.

The site forms a significant mixed use development opportunity in the context of West Bromwich’s development as the strategic focus for Sandwell. The aim was to maximise the potential for employment and physically connect and integrate the site to the existing town centre and to assist as a strategic centre for growth. A phased regeneration development, with a significant amount of residential accommodation, the masterplan retains key existing buildings to contribute to the aesthetic.
