John joined Glancy Nicholls Architects (Projects) Ltd in June 2007, he works closely with St Modwen Developments building a good client relationship and ensuring that their projects are delivered on time and to their desired standard.
John has completed a design manager role based on site, coordinating design and construction, for a Further Education College. Also he has recently finished Phase 1 of a £16m mixed use scheme at Wembley Central, consisting of Retail and Residential, with a further £10m Phase 2, about to commence.
John has vast knowledge of all technical issues and has experience in a number of building sectors including, educational, industrial, retail and commercial.
