Our Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) is written such that everyone is responsible for quality, environmental performance and the attainment of company objectives and targets. The management team ensures the effective communication of these policies and the importance of meeting client, statutory and regulatory requirements.
The QEMS provides tools, techniques, methodologies and procedures for βtopβ management review, measurement, analysis and control of our performance, whilst all staff are positively encouraged to seek continual improvement within all aspects of design, personal development administration, and client liaison / relationship processes.
GNA continues to support the green agenda for low carbon emission buildings, and together with local authorities and blue chip organisations strive to produce well-designed building with enhanced EPC ratings. The practice is committed to maintaining health and safety on site, not only at design stage but, throughout the construction process. All professional members of staff are required to be registered with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, demonstrating a level of competence to health and safety.
